 Scot is a retired law enforcement professional with extensive experience in property management. Pat recently made the United States her home after moving from the Kingdom of Thailand. She has a passion for cooking and baking, especially authentic Thai cuisine, and guests are often delighted when she shares one of her delicious homemade treats.

Together, Scot and Pat enjoy spending their free time fishing and are often out on the water reeling in the day's catch.
